Blue & Gold

Day 1 of Blue & Gold at The University of Windsor today and I ran in the 1500m. I felt good even though I wasn't sure where my speed would be at since I've been doing all the Marathon trainning.

I finished in 4:37 which is 2 seconds off my indoor pb so all and all it went well.
