New 3000m Personal Best!

Well today I impressed myself... I competed in the 3000m event at the University of Windsor BLUE & GOLD meet today. I won the second section and was 6th overall in a time of 9:11.11 which is close to a 30 second personal best time.
I was only planing to go 9:20 so I even surprised myself. It's great to see what kind of shape I'm in!!
