I just wanted everyone to know that I'm doing fine after dealing with a knee infection a few weeks ago. I would like to thank everyone who emailed me with get well messages!
I'm back fully into my training and I feel really good right now. On Tuesday Dec 7, I will be jumping in the 3000m event at the University of Windsor annual BLUE/GOLD innersquad meet. It's more for fun then anything else but like always I still try to run really fast and hopefully I can get a new pb and beat up on the new rookies :P
