I just wanted to thank everyone for their support this year and continuing to visit jeffmay.ca! I truly wish you and your loved ones all the health, happiness and prosperity that you can possibly handle in 2009.

I have to apologize for the lack of updates here; I was computer less for nearly a month. I have been taking it easy training wise since the Chicago Marathon in October. I had a GREAT Christmas, with my family and my amazing girlfriend Marlo!

I�m looking forward to 2009 and what it awaits. As my 30th birthday approaches (44 shopping days left for those looking to get me a gift btw) I�m eager to take on new challenges and continue to reach new heights.
