Canadian Paralympic Championships

This past weekend at the Canadian Paralympic Championships in London Ontario I competed in the 800, 1500 & 5000m events.
I captured a silver medal in the 5000m (16:22.99) and a bronze medal in the 1500m (4:37.08). I rounded out the weekend with a disapointing 4th place finish in the 800m (2:26.14).
All my times were a bit disapointing. I think the 5000m being on the first night really took something out of my legs for the rest of the competition. My speed just never seemed to come around this season which I believe has a lot to do with the marathon training.
