Windsor Legion Open

On Sunday the 16th Jeff competed in the Windsor Legion Open meet at the St. Denis Center. It was an open event where he competed against abled bodied runners in the 800 & 1500m events.
Both races saw Jeff break his old indoor personal best times, as he knocked 3 seconds from his 800m time and 9 seconds from his old 1500m time. He ran 2:25.4 and 4:34.4 respectively, the ladder being even better then his outdoor 1500m pb!
