Ontario Paralympic Championsips in Essex Ontario

On June 25 & 26th I competed in the Ontario Paralympic Championsips in Essex Ontario. I won the 400, 800, 1500 & 5000m events. It was a fast track and in 3 of the events I posted new personal best times, the most impressive being a 15:19.10 in the 5000m. I previously had never been under 16 minutes over 5000m.
The following week I took part in the first ever Southern Ontario Sports Fest, which was a week long camp in Windsor that I was also on the organizing committee for.
