I just wanted to thank everyone for their support this year and continuing to visit jeffmay.ca! I truly wish you and your loved ones all the health, happiness and prosperity that you can possibly handle in 2009.
I have to apologize for the lack of updates here; I was computer less for nearly a month. I have been taking it easy training wise since the Chicago Marathon in October. I had a GREAT Christmas, with my family and my amazing girlfriend Marlo!

I’m looking forward to 2009 and what it awaits. As my 30th birthday approaches (44 shopping days left for those looking to get me a gift btw) I’m eager to take on new challenges and continue to reach new heights.
